Dan Sandink

Dan Sandink is Manager of Resilient Communities & Research at the Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction, an insurance backed research organization associated with the University of Western Ontario. Dan joined ICLR in 2006 and his work has focussed on urban flood mitigation, the social dimensions of natural hazard management, disaster mitigation at the municipal government level in Canada, and climate change adaptation. Dan is a graduate of the University of Guelph and the University of Western Ontario, and is currently a part-time student in the M.Sc. Planning program at the University of Toronto.
