The core idea fueling the increased interest in urban resilience roots in an increased awareness of forces of change either already upon us or likely to be upon us in the future. Homer-Dixon is one of Canada’s frontier researcher and spokes-person to bring this to audiences at all levels. We’re extremely happy to bring Homer-Dixon to our national planning student conference.
